The Coaching Foundation Program course will provide you with the basic theory, knowledge and practice of coaching and give you a great start on your journey into the world of workplace coaching.

The course is a fully certified training as IAPC&M Level 5. In addition, it also offers the possibility of smooth progression to our other courses, which you can later choose in the field of Life Coaching or in the field of Corporate coaching. It is also a good entry point into the field of coaching for anyone who, for one reason or another, cannot yet participate in the Practitioner Coach Diploma program, but who wants to start their journey in professional coaching.

The Workplace Coaching course is designed for people who want a shorter training program that still offers a solid level of knowledge that you can immediately put into your work environment.

How does the training work?

Part 1 - Distance learning

It provides an excellent overview of coaching in today's world. Gain a foundation of understanding that is then built upon during the workshop.

Part 2 – three meetings with a personal mentor

It includes individual work with your mentor, with whom you will focus exclusively on further developing your coaching skills.

Part 3 - three-day interactive workshop

It is conducted by accredited coaches, where you will learn all about coaching and see some coaching practices.

Part 4 - Ten hours of coaching

An important part of the learning process is taking the time to apply everything you've learned to real-life situations.

Part 5 – audio lectures

We will receive access to the online students area, where there are webinars for each of the above modules and topics to enhance your learning. You will also receive an instruction handbook and course book with 5 modules and exercises for consolidation.

Part 6 - live webinars

In addition to all this, you will participate in 2 live webinars every month, where you can additionally communicate with your mentors, receive live thematic training and support in the development of coaching.
